Tender Hearts Foundation founder, Prabha Bhattarai, participated in the World Culture Festival at the National Mall. As a backup dancer, she had the honor of waving the Nepal flag for the traditional Nepalese dance performance. Tender Hearts also supplied all 160+ flags for the event.
